Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Assistant to join our clients Finance team, reporting to the Global Head of Finance. The company is a well recognised and highly celebrated residential Interior Design studio. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for numbers, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices, credit card expenditures, and staff expenses.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, ledgers, and resolve queries.
  • Manage the accounts payable email inbox.
  • Prepare and process weekly payment runs.
  • Collaborate with procurement to reconcile client project accounts weekly.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with ad hoc finance tasks.

Experience & Skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (or similar software).
  • Knowledge of multicurrency and foreign exchange.
  • Experience in the creative industry is a plus.
  • AAT qualification preferred but not essential.
