Student Experience Team Member
THIS IS WORKING 6 DAYS IN A ROW - 10am - 4pm this is a 6 day commitment - Non attendance on any of these days WILL lead to you being released from the assignment.

Rate of Pay: £12.90P/HInduction will take place 1 or 2 weeks prior to start date. 
Working hours: 10am - 4pm

Purpose of the role:

Works within our frontline operations team based at an individual property or within a cluster. The role reports to the Student Experience Team Lead and is responsible for delivering the ‘Unite Way of Operations’ whilst displaying CARE (Connect, Act, Respect and Encourage) to our students. The team works closely with peers in housekeeping, facilities and, where applicable, caretakers to deliver a safe, clean and inclusive environment for everybody to enjoy and succeed; and to achieve our own expected performance outcomes.

Your responsibilities:
  • Be a positive ambassador for our brand and make students feel welcome.
  • Listen to students and direct them to support services when needed.
  • Respond quickly to feedback and maintenance requests and either fix the issue or pass it to the right colleague.
  • Follow our policies and procedures and help us meet health and safety and compliance standards.
  • Keep communal areas tidy and never walk past a mess.
  • Support our sustainability goals by taking opportunities to reduce waste and save energ
