Temporary Receptionist We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Part Time
Temporary Receptionist to join our client’s friendly team based in
Hanley. This is a short-term role covering 4-5 weeks, ideal for someone with reception or administrative experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing position.
- Dates: ASAP till the end of August
- Shift One 8.30am – 1.15pm
Shift Two 1pm – 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities of this Receptionist role:- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, taking messages where necessary
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document scanning
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other departments as required
Skills and Experience Required for this Receptionist role:- Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable
