Senior Transport Consultant

Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for a Senior Transport Consultant to join our Transport Desk.

Within this Senior Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;

Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
Maintaining strong relationships in the market
Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the Pertemps client base.
Source candidate from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements for this Senior Transport Consultant role;

A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consultant position.
Full UK Driving Licence
Sales Experience
In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and placing candidates
Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key

Transport Recruitment Consultant Job Details;
Location: Crewe
Salary: £30,000 P/A + uncapped commission
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30
