The role of a Teaching Assistant is to provide pupils with the support and guidance they need in the classroom on a 1-2-1 basis. As a Teaching Assistant at this ‘Good’ school you will also be given the opportunity to take on small group intervention sessions in order to raise attainment levels.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is seeking a long-term opportunity from September. With an outstanding support structure in place to ensure each pupil is given the opportunity to blossoms in a safe and encouraging environment.
 
The headteacher has been with this school for a number of years and is one of the key factors in its success, specifically at SATs level. The pupils at this school are engaged in lessons and most importantly, inquisitive from such a young age, why wouldn’t you want to work here as a Teaching Assistant.
