The role of a Teaching Assistant is to support pupils 1-2-1 within the classroom and within small group intervention sessions to improve attainment levels. The pupils at this school have a big appetite for education and have the drive to achieve top grades.
 
As a Teaching Assistant you will be supported by the class teacher who has been with the school her entire career and specifically in year 6 for 4 years, she knows the challenges and the pressures that can be placed on a Teaching Assistant and takes steps to support you through your journey.
 
The school is located in Solihull and is easily accessible by public transport, with a headteacher who has been with the school for a number of years, you will be provided with the tools and materials you need to best support the pupils.
