The role of a Teaching Assistant is to support pupils are they complete their final term. Providing 1-2-1 additional support within the classroom as well as small group intervention sessions in order to raise attainment levels. As this can be a stressful time for the pupils you will be there to encourage and reassure the pupils.
 
As a Teaching Assistant you will be given the guidance by the class teachers which will enable you to thrive as a Teaching Assistant. Within the small group intervention sessions, you will be able provide tailored support to pupils covering any topics they may be falling behind on.
 
During your time as a Teaching Assistant, you will receive fantastic support and guidance by a dedicated team who consistently achieve excellent SATs results at the end of each year.
