Job Opportunity: CSCS Labourer – B11 Area, Birmingham
CSCS Labourer - Birmingham (B11)
Pay: Up to £13 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday and Weekends, full flexibility required  
Contract: Temporary Contract (ongoing work available)

Pertemps Birmingham Industrial is currently recruiting for a reliable and physically capable CSCS Labourer to join a professional site installation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a reputable company carrying out key infrastructure and installation works across the UK — including building sites, football stadiums, and public highways.
Due to the nature of the work, you must be fully flexible, willing to travel nationwide, and stay overnight with the team when required (all travel and accommodation fully expensed).

The Role Involves:

• Heavy manual labour – including lifting and moving large steel structures, equipment, and tools.
• Digging and preparing installation holes in varied terrains and environments.
• Assisting in the positioning and installation of posts and equipment – ensuring correct alignment, spacing, and stability in accordance with project plans.
• Supporting qualified installers and site supervisors with materials handling, set-up, and clean-up tasks.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, always following health & safety guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the worksite to promote a safe working environment.
• Using basic hand and power tools under supervision as required.
• Being proactive in identifying and addressing site issues or hazards during installation works.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions and being prepared for physically demanding duties.

 
What You Need:

• A valid, in-date CSCS card (essential)
• Proven experience in labouring roles involving very heavy lifting
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay overnight when required (expenses covered)
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a close-knit team
• Good level of physical fitness and stamina
• Confidence working outdoors and in various environments
• Attention to detail – ability to maintain consistent quality and safety standards
