Hours: 08:30 - 16:00
Pay: £108 per day 

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Key Stage 1?
Our education agency is currently recruiting for a KS1 SEN Support Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and inclusive primary school based in Lambeth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to helping young learners thrive both academically and emotionally.
The Role:

• Supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 (Years 1–2) with additional learning needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
• Assisting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional development
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support plans
• Helping to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting
• Strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and classroom support strategies
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification, or equivalent) desirable
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
