motivated and reflective Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team either immediately or from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT who wants to begin their career in a

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold (or be working towards) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Be an Early Career Teacher or newly qualified primary teacher
- Have high expectations for both pupil behaviour and achievement
- Be resilient, reflective, and highly professional
- Be fully prepared to work in a school with very high standards
This role is not suitable for candidates seeking a low‑pressure or relaxed environment. It is ideal for ambitious ECTs who want to be challenged and supported to become outstanding practitioners.
