The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 (Year 1 & Year 2)
- Follow school plans and maintain continuity of learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to class teachers and leadership team
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS1
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and reliable
- A positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching
