This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sports coaching, youth work, or behaviour mentoring who is passionate about supporting children both inside and outside of the classroom.

In this role, you will use sport and physical activity as a tool to engage pupils, helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and positive behaviour. You will work closely with pupils who may struggle with behaviour regulation, engagement, or social interaction, supporting them to succeed in a structured school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support for pupils who require additional guidance
  • Help pupils develop positive behaviour, resilience, and emotional regulation

  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils who may find school challenging
The Ideal Candidate

Why Work Through Our Agency?
  • Competitive daily pay rates
  • Long-term placements with the opportunity to secure permanent school roles
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant
