Our client, a well-regarded SEN school with an expanding enhanced provision, is seeking an exceptional
EYFS Teacher to lead a brand-new class from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, innovative setting and make a real difference in the early years of children with
ASD and complex SEND.
The Role:- Lead a new EYFS class within the enhanced provision.
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, tailored learning experiences for children with ASD/SEND.
- Implement strategies informed by SCERTS, TEACCH, Attention Autism, and Curiosity Programmes.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- Support the development of pupils’ social, emotional, and communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate:- Qualified EYFS Teacher with previous SEN school experience in this age range.
- Strong knowledge of ASD and SEND teaching strategies.
- Experience using SCERTS, TEACCH, Attention Autism, and the Curiosity Program.
- Passionate about inclusion, early intervention, and innovative teaching approaches.
- Excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to inspire children and colleagues alike.
