KS2 Teaching Assistant
📍 Location: Primary School, Lambeth
📅 Start Date: September 2025
📌 Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help our pupils thrive both academically and socially.

The Role: As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work alongside class teachers to support teaching and learning across Years 3–6.
Provide one-to-one and small group interventions in core subjects such as English and Maths.
Support pupils with varying needs, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and displays.
Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and independence in pupils.

About You: We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in working with primary-aged children (KS2 experience desirable).
Patient, caring, and motivated to help children succeed.
Able to follow teacher direction as well as show initiative.
A good communicator and team player.
Ideally qualified to at least Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
