Senior Transport Administrator for our public sector client.
 📍 Location: Edinburgh (Waverley Court) 
⏳ Duration: 3 months ongoing
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 36 hours per weeK
💷 Pay Rate: £15.53 per hour 
🚀 Start Date: Early/Mid August
 Are you a highly organised, tech-savvy professional who enjoys using data and digital systems to deliver real results? We’re looking for a
 Senior Transport Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Network Management & Enforcement team, Engineers, and Project Managers in delivering vital transport projects across the city.
 This role goes beyond basic administration — you’ll be using multiple software systems, managing complex project data, producing reports and presentations, and helping to keep our city moving efficiently. 
 What you’ll do- Provide high-level administrative and technical support to Transport teams and Project Managers.
 - Use a range of digital tools — including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel and bespoke internal software — to manage, track, and report on projects.
 - Collect, analyse and present data to support informed decision-making.
 - Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and the public to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
 - Maintain meticulous records in line with legislation, policies, and governance standards.
 - Prioritise and manage a busy workload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
 
 What you’ll bring- Strong IT and data-handling skills, with experience in Excel, MS Teams, and digital project systems.
 - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
 - Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing demands.
 - Confident communication and presentation skills.
 - A flexible, conscientious approach and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
 
(Full training will be provided on all internal systems and processes.)
