Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit an experienced Administrator.


Role: Business Support Administrator

Location: Edinburgh South, Mortonhall

Position Type: Temporary, Ongoing

Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week

Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour

Start Date: Immediately

Role Responsibilities:

-          Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth

-          Managing the team mailbox and keeping everything running smoothly

-          Booking appointments and scheduling tasks for technicians

-          Updating internal systems and spreadsheets

-          Providing general admin support to the team

 

What We Look For:


-          Someone who is experienced in administration

-          Confidence in using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools

-          A great communicator with a proactive attitude

-          Happy working both independently and in a small team
