Pertemps Medical are currently seeking GPs who would consider a move to New Zealand. The Medical Council of New Zealand are currently offering fast track registration to GPs (subject to eligibility) meaning registration can be in place in as little as 4 weeks.

 

We can offer positions in both rural and urban locations in beautiful New Zealand, with relocation assistance available – including accomodation supplement and car provided upon arrival (for up to 4 weeks) and a competitive salary of up to $245,000 per annum (equivalent to £114,000),

 

These positions offer an excellent work life balance and opportunity to advance your learning with a guaranteed annual education allowance and tailored CME (Continuing Medical Education).

 

To be eligible to apply:

-          Eligibility to apply for MCNZ registration – you will require to have worked in NHS for 12 of the past 18 months or 24 months in past 5 years (at 0.5 FTE) ; or have worked as a GP for 3 out of the past 4 years in any of the following countries:

• Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK, USA

-          MRCGP is desirable however not essential


-          Willingness to obtain membership with Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners)


-          Flexibility and enthusiasm to deliver quality healthcare services


-          Able to work within a team
