Job Title: Junior Administrator (recruitment) Job Summary: We are a long established recruitment company based in South London seeking a highly motivated Junior Administrator to join our team. The Junior Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Operations Manager with the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have strong organisational & communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with payroll and invoicing duties
- Liaising with payroll companies and Head office
- Checking and chasing compliance information
- Generating and emailing contracts
- Assisting with the day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing etc…
- Management of stationary and office equipment
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the company's database
- Social Media Updates across all channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Create content for Social Media Accounts
- Assisting with Internal Recruitment (to include sourcing/attracting candidates)
- Performing any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding and interest in Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc…)
- Attention to detail and accuracy and able to work to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not essential

This is a part-time role. The successful candidate will be based in our South London office, working 3 set days (between Monday and Friday) from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
