Payrate - £30.00
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated social worker to provide a high-quality, comprehensive service to children, young people, their families, and carers. This role requires a commitment to working in line with the policies of the Children and Young People’s Directorate, relevant statutory guidelines, and the HCPC Code of Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of statutory social work activities and professional tasks in compliance with recognised procedures, the Signs of Safety framework, evidence-based practice, and professional social work ethics.
- Manage a caseload of higher complexity, conducting needs assessments and effectively managing risks for children, young people, families, and carers.
- Provide support and interventions that align with the Knowledge and Skills Statement for Child and Family Work.
