Payrate - £35.37
We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Social Worker to join our Assessment Team, delivering frontline services that safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete social work assessments and hold Child in Need (CIN) plans.
- Progress cases to Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC) where appropriate.
- Conduct joint investigations, with ABE training preferred.
- Apply the Signs of Safety model effectively in assessments and interventions.
- Proven experience in social work practice within an assessment team.
- Ability to drive and access to personal transport (Cornwall Council pool cars available for booking).
