Role Overview:
We are excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to our supportive and inclusive school community in Redbridge. In this role, you will work closely with skilled educators across various departments, providing valuable support to students, promoting an engaging and positive classroom experience, and helping students reach their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
• Provide individual and small group support to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and build confidence.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources to enhance students' learning experiences.
• Support classroom management efforts to maintain an inclusive, respectful, and productive learning environment.
• Help students develop study skills, self-confidence, and a love for learning.
• Provide feedback on student progress and contribute to academic reports.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the school community.

Essential Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
• A genuine passion for education and a goal to pursue a teaching career.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with students and staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to contribute to the team and bring fresh ideas.
• Previous experience working with young people, in either a paid or voluntary capacity, is desirable.
