Hours: Part-time (25 hours per week), 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Contract: Long-term agency basis

Are you a friendly, organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Receptionist to join a secondary school team, providing vital front-of-house support and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors, staff, and pupils both in person and on the phone.
- Managing the reception area and ensuring all queries are handled efficiently.
- Carrying out various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school office.
- Undertaking First Aider duties after receiving relevant training.
- Part-time: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday (25 hours per week).
- Term-time plus 1 week: 40 working weeks per year, with 45.86 paid weeks including built-in annual leave.
- Salary: Based on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) of 0.6108. The actual salary will be based on experience and skill set.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in administration and office tasks.
- Willingness to undertake First Aid training.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy school environment.
