Job Description
This Client currently has 2 shift patterns available, they are listed below:
Tuesday + Thursday (9am - 5pm)
Monday + Wednesday + Friday (9am - 5pm)
Pay Rate - £15 per hour
Daily Duties:
- Monitoring and answering emails
- Printing invoices and matching them to delivery notes
- Checking PO numbers match the invoices
- Entering invoices into Sage
- Digitally filing remittances and purchase invoices into customer and suppliers folders
- Various credit control duties
- Several ad hoc account duties
