Primary Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
Location: Various locations

The Education Network is proud to be supporting primary schools in recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for roles across the primary age range. These opportunities are ideal for newly qualified teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience and develop their teaching practice in supportive school environments.
The Role Primary ECTs will:
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and support staff
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school
Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, on a supply, long-term, or permanent basis.
The Ideal Candidate Applicants should:
  • Hold QTS or be due to qualify as an ECT
  • Be passionate about teaching and learning
  • Demonstrate strong classroom organisation and communication skills
  • Be eager to learn, develop, and receive feedback
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
