We are currently recruiting for experienced Educational Psychologist's to join a project team with our client, a local authority, based in the South East.
This project team has been created to workthrough a backlog of EHCP cases (approx 1500). The team will consist of 5 EHCP Co Ordinators, 5 Educational Psychologists and Team Manager
Role is paying up to £700 per assessment, remote options available but ideally looking for someone who can be in the office 1-2 days per week to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct observations, interviews, and other assessments to understand a child's learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Advise parents, teachers, and school staff on strategies for supporting children's development, managing behaviour, and improving teaching practices.
Design, develop, and implement therapeutic and behavioural management programmes for individuals, groups, and whole schools.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams, including social workers, doctors, and other education professionals, to develop coordinated approaches for supporting children and young people.
Produce detailed reports with recommendations for action and support, often contributing to statutory plans like EHC plans.
Conduct applied research, evaluate programmes, and sometimes provide advice on educational policies and initiatives.
