As part of the Bookings team, you’ll be the go-to person for arranging and managing maintenance for the vehicles and trailers. This includes booking work with internal workshops as well as external suppliers.
You’ll play a big part in making sure their vehicles stay safe, compliant, and ready for the road every day 👍
🔧 What you’ll be doing:- Booking MOTs, services, safety checks, and repairs
- Coordinating with workshops, suppliers, and operational teams
- Making sure maintenance is completed on time to reduce vehicle downtime (VOR)
- Keeping records up to date and accurate
- Helping ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
- Dealing with urgent issues quickly and keeping things running smoothly
💡 What we’re looking for:- Great communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using systems like Outlook, Excel, and booking tools 💻
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Positive attitude, reliable, and keen to learn
🕒 Working hours:You’ll work on a 3-week rotating shift pattern:
- Week 1: 6am – 2pm (Early)
- Week 2: 6am – 2pm (Early)
- Week 3: 8am – 4pm (Late)
💷 Pay & details:- £13.52 per hour
- Office-based role (full-time) 🏢
- Temporary ongoing position (no fixed end date)
