Team Manager, Children’s Front Door/MASH Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Front Door Services which includes the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).

As a Team Manager, the postholder will lead and support a team of social workers to deliver services of the highest quality. Ensuring statutory duties and best practice is followed, they will develop a team plan in line with Children’s Services strategic objectives and provide management oversight on all cases with a clear understanding of risk.
The Team Manager’s role will focus on managing the team’s workflow and quality assuring work through observations, reflective supervision and GCC’s quality assurance framework, as well as contributing towards the development of the framework itself. Through building positive relationships with colleagues within both the service and partner agencies, they will ensure the service are able to provide support and protection for vulnerable children and young people across the County.
