Social Worker, £38ph, Family Safeguarding, Somerset
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding Team.
The postholder will be able to work alongside adult-focused practitioners, working within the specialist areas of substance misuse, domestic abuse, and mental health, to inform assessments and plans. They will also work with children and families who are experiencing challenges around complex neglect, sexual harm, physical harm, risks outside of the home including child exploitation, and parental learning difficulties.

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience working with children and families in social work, within a Local Authority team.
• Experience of work within family courts is essential.
• Competent IT user, able to use or learn to use Liquid Logic.
• Full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle as travel is required within the county.
