Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Adult’s Social Worker to join the Adult’s Integrated Care team. The successful candidate will provide person-centred Social Work intervention, enabling service users and carers to optimise and maintain their independence and wellbeing and to promote their inclusion as full citizens in their homes and the local community.

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience within adult services, have completed their ASYE and be registered with the SWE
