Administrator (Part-time Bristol City Centre) Part-time hours 3 – 4 days a week ( can be flexible to accommodate school hours ) Permanent – Start ASAP
£27,500 Pro Rota We’re seeking an organised, proactive Administrator to join a friendly engineering team in Bristol. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Manage internal systems and assist with operational admin tasks
- Support marketing and social media activity
- Raise and track customer invoices
- Help with office supplies, facilities coordination and general administration
- Assist with HR tasks, including new starter inductions and liaising with HR consultants
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, distribute minutes
- Produce marketing materials including bid submissions, case studies, brochures and newsletters
- Assist with quality accreditation process & liaising with IT consultant to communicate any IT issues
About You You will be reliable, approachable and great at prioritising. You’ll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. You’re comfortable with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally have experience with invoicing software such as Xero. You work well with others and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Must be able to draft or edit documents and emails to a high standard and have a flexible, proactive approach to problem solving. Being adaptable and have a natural ability to support and help others and be a good problem solver.
