The role!
An Exeter‑based construction & contracting company who work across a number of different sectors to include commercial, hospitality, residential and retail. The company are based on the outskirts of Exeter offering a number of facilities and a supportive dynamic working environment.
This growing company are in need of a Commercial Assistant to join their team within a permanent role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administrative and commercial support in a busy construction environment.
- Helping maintain processes, data, documents & communications – keeping things organised and flowing.
- Supporting the Quantity Surveyor with commercial administration
- Raising Purchase Orders (POs), drafting orders & payment notices.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects have the documentation and approvals needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone efficient, detail‑oriented, and organised.
- Strong communicator; able to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in administration, working in construction or contracting would be an advantage
- Comfortable working within a busy team environment.
