About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and organised
Administrator to join a thriving business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a positive, customer-focused approach to support a professional office environment.
What You’ll Be Doing In this varied and rewarding role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support, including diary management, document preparation, filing, and meeting minutes
- Processing invoices and handling any queries
- Providing support to the office and operations team
- Working on spreadsheets and organising documents
- Handling incoming phone calls, enquiries, and meeting room bookings
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, databases, and records
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
- As and when required covering reception and switchboard duties
This is a fantastic newly created role and the job duties will develop over time.
What we are looking for: you should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and data management
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- A bright, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Team player
