Job Description
Temporary 3 months work
Hours: 37 per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, flexible)
Contract: Until end of March 2026 (potential extension)
We are recruiting 2 Administrators to support the Planning team for a leading Housing firm. You will play a key role in processing no-access repairs cases, working with various teams to improve service delivery and reduce missed appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process no-access cases accurately.
- Work with Customer Services, Housing, Planning and other teams.
- Maintain accurate data and contact records.
- Report on daily KPIs and use Excel for trend tracking.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good customer service ability.
- Confident communicator.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel and Teams.
