Cluster Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-site operation.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a Β£30m revenue contract, supplying high volumes of temporary drivers (LGV 1 / HGV 1 / 7.5 Tonne) to a major blue-chip client across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The Opportunity As Cluster Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop an on-site team.
- Take full accountability for regional performance and profitability.
- Build strong, strategic client partnerships.
- Deliver exceptional service aligned to SLA and contractual commitments.
- Drive recruitment, retention, and operational excellence across all locations.
This role demands a confident decision-maker with experience in high-volume, on-site recruitment environments. Logistics recruitment experience is advantageous, but strong operational leadership from similar sectors will be considered.
What You will Be Responsible For Strategic & Commercial Leadership - Develop and execute regional strategic plans.
- Ensure peak workforce planning (8+ weeks ahead of uplift)
- Analyse profitability and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain strict budget control and cost management.
- Deliver 100% compliance audit standards.
Client Relationship Management - Build true partnership-level relationships.
- Lead monthly client review meetings.
- Act as senior escalation point.
- Maintain exceptional communication standards.
Operational Excellence - Ensure full contractual fulfilment against SLA.
- Drive recruitment and retention strategy based on market insight.
- Lead peak planning and operational preparation.
- Embed best practice across all sites.
- Maintain payroll, invoicing, and credit control accuracy.
Leadership & Development - Create and implement development plans for all staff.
- Provide senior HR escalation support.
- Champion new initiatives and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate visible, inspirational leadership at all times.
