Specification Sales Representative sought by the windows division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to cover their Midlands & South East region.
The Role:As Specification Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Selling the company’s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments / refurbishments
- Developing relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors
- Generating product / system specifications in line with targeted expectations
- Working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to defend specifications
- Developing, hosting and delivering technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professional
The successful Specification Sales Representative should demonstrate:- A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope sectors
- Track record of specification sales
- Project led
- Knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building
- A confident presentation performer
- Ability to interact with and draw upon a wide range of supporting services
