£25,000 – £30,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus Scheme (OTE £32,000 – £35,000 first year)

A growing and ambitious company are seeking a Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using Adobe Products and enjoys producing high-quality visual content for digital platforms.

On offer is a competitive salary along with a monthly bonus scheme that can take first year earnings to £32,000 – £35,000 OTE. The company also offers a range of incentives including team bonuses, performance rewards and company holidays abroad.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials.
Design visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
Work with the marketing team to develop brand consistent content.
Edit and prepare graphics for different online platforms.
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
Assist with creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Maintain organised design files and documentation.

Requirements:

Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator (essential).
Graphic design experience in a professional or freelance capacity.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and time management skills.
