OFFICE BASED WORKThe RoleWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Speke for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy support team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling basic customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Proactively contacting customers to confirm and check order details
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
About You- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational ability
- Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
