About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Speke, Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative with valid FLT Counterbalance licences to join a high-performing logistics team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently within a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks to move goods safely and accurately.
- Receive, check, and store materials in line with GMP and company procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for production and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Carry out stock checks and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure materials are correctly labelled and stored under appropriate conditions.
- Deliver materials to production areas as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Follow all Health & Safety, GMP, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Counterbalance licence (in-date and accredited).
- Minimum one years consistent FLT driving experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and documentation procedures.
- Competent IT skills for stock control and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong team-working skills.
- Reach License.
