Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts
• 06:00 – 14:30
• 08:00 – 16:30
(Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break)

Our client a large manufacturing company based in Speke, Liverpool is looking to recruit a Production Operative / Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to support its production operation.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete production schedules efficiently and in line with company KPIs
Operate a counterbalance forklift truck to safely load/unload vehicles and store goods
Accurately pick customer orders and support warehouse dispatch
Adhere to all company procedures, safety policies, and PPE requirements
Always maintain a safe working environment
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time
Support the Production/Warehouse Controller in daily operations
Follow all quality and safety standards within the Integrated Management System
Carry out additional duties as requested by your line manager

Skills & Experience Required:

Current and valid counterbalance FLT licence (minimum 2 years' experience)
Experience in a production or warehouse setting (chemical industry experience is an advantage)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately
Effective communication and organisation skills
Ability to manage workload under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
