Maintenance Operative
Hours: Sun-Thu nights, start time between 18.00-20.00, guaranteed 9 hours per shift. 45 hours per week
Location: Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales, transport will be provided.
FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE WITH NO MORE THAT 6 POINTS IS ESSENTIAL.
Contract: Temporary with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks, subject to review.

The RoleWe are seeking self-motivated, conscientious, and reliable individuals to join our team as Refrigeration Cabinet Maintenance PPM Engineers/Operatives. This role involves performing task such as cleaning and maintenance of refrigeration cabinets, drains, fans, and electronic leak detection.
The role requires travel and flexibility to work night shifts, to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with the Regional Supervisor to meet service requirements and contractual Key Performance Indicators.
- Perform case maintenance to Standard Operating Procedures, including cleaning and inspection.
- Assist with other maintenance tasks as required.
- Work to planned schedules within the maintenance program to ensure efficient and trouble-free operation of refrigeration units.
- Support the Regional Supervisor in resolving technical issues.
- Promote teamwork and provide assistance to colleagues as needed.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
- Inform the Case Maintenance Manager/Supervisor of any potential on-site issues and recommend solutions.
- Complete all necessary client and company logging requirements, including Job Logic, Verisae, maintenance reports, and completion notes.
Requirements- A positive and professional approach to work.
- Previous experience in Refrigeration works is desirable but not essential (training provided).
- A technical background is an advantage.
- Highly self-reliant, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Strong customer care and communication skills.
- Commitment to quality and precision in all tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance, comply with the company dress code, and ensure vehicles are well-maintained.
