Office BasedOur client, a large company within the Energy Sector, are looking to hire two Sales & Finance Administrators to help in their busy office in Birkenhead. This role requires dynamic, confident, and motivated individuals who has previous experience within the energy sector.
Responsibilities:- Verifying sales contracts for accuracy and cross-referencing details with the in-house CRM system.
- Handling and following up on information and pricing requests.
- Validating invoices through our custom online portal.
- Overseeing the submission of sales contracts.
- Producing monthly business reports.
- Providing daily updates on industry and supplier changes as required.
- Offering general after-sales support.
- Answering and appropriately handling inbound telephone calls.
- Preparing and managing monthly forecasts.
- Managing company payments and purchases.
- Seeking ways to improve the company's financial controls.
Requirements:- Prior experience in commercial energy administration and finance in a busy sales office.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Outstanding telephone communication skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise tasks independently.
- Customer service-oriented mind-set.
