Facilities Co-ordinator - Glasgow based We’re on the lookout for an organised, hands-on
Facilities Co-ordinator to help keep our workplaces safe, professional, and running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our buildings feel great to work in — from managing suppliers and keeping on top of maintenance, to ensuring health & safety standards are spot on.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping an eye on building standards with regular site checks.
- Managing the estates budget and finding cost-effective solutions.
- Overseeing suppliers and contractors to make sure we get great service.
- Staying on top of Fix-it requests and planned maintenance.
- Making sure health & safety is covered, including first aid and fire marshals.
- Optimising space and ensuring everything is ready for audits when needed.
- Keeping communal areas stocked, tidy, and welcoming.
- Providing reports and updates on how things are running.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in facilities or building services management.
- Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
- A facilities/building services qualification would be a bonus.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Someone confident managing suppliers and contractors.
- A practical, process-driven person who can get things done.
