Job Description

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to help build and maintain a strong financial foundation for our clients business. In this role, you’ll make sure our day-to-day and monthly finances run smoothly, supporting both the company and its subsidiaries.

Salary is up to £35k depending on experience working on a Hybrid model, 3 days onsite in North London, Finchley and 2 days at home

What you’ll do:
  • Handle daily financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support month-end procedures and assist in preparing management accounts.
  • Take part in audits and ensure compliance across all processes.
  • Manage sales and purchase workflows to guarantee accurate revenue and expense tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients, managing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and support year-end processes.
  • Assist with financial reporting for clients, including revenue share reports.
  • Support management with finance insights and help integrate new processes and sites.
