Temporary Administrator
4‑Month Contract (Start: Immediate)Location: Outskirts of Exeter
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (flexible)
Rate: Negotiable (paid weekly)
About the Role
We are seeking a well‑organised Temporary Administrator to support a well‑respected business located on the outskirts of Exeter. The ideal candidate will help manage vital office functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities
- Match invoices to purchase orders (POs) for accurate record-keeping
- File and organise office documents—both physical and digital
- Provide general administrative and office support as required
What You’ll Bring
- Solid administrative experience and excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear communication and effective time‑management skills
- Reliability and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Own transport, due to location; some flexibility in working hours
