Reporting to the Head of Marketing, they will lead the company‑wide rebrand and deliver high‑quality creative across campaigns, digital channels, and internal communications.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strong design skills with broader marketing know‑how and enjoys working collaboratively to bring a brand to life.
Key Responsibilities- Own and champion the brand identity across all channels.
- Lead the full visual rebrand from concept to rollout.
- Create on‑brand marketing materials including social content, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Support campaign delivery with strong creative direction and execution.
- Maintain brand guidelines and manage digital asset libraries.
- Enhance website and digital channels with consistent, engaging visuals.
- Manage photography, videography, and other visual assets.
- Work with external agencies and freelancers to deliver high‑quality creative.
- Review and approve creative output to ensure consistency and quality.
What You’ll Bring- Experience in a creative or design‑led marketing role.
- Experience in construction or the built environment (preferred).
