Facilities Assistant – Temp 4 weeks - £15.93 per hour – Onsite London Bridge Law firm is seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to join their Facilities team at their London headquarters by London Bridge.
This is a temporary role starting ASAP for an initial 4-week period and will pay £15.93 per hour.
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday Working closely with Facilities Co-ordinator and Facilities Manager, the Facilities Assistant will provide crucial support to the whole office. Duties include:
- Processing all mail (incoming and outgoing.)
- Dealing with external postal and logistics services
- Managing large volumes of printing, photocopying and scanning
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Supporting with maintenance issues
- Managing Health and Safety
- Covering the Reception desk when required.
The ideal Facilities Assistant will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working in a similar facilities role, to include Post room and reprographics.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and able to interact with different people.
- Organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Proficient in IT packages to include MS Office.
- A motivated team player with a flexible approach and able to use initiative.
