Team Administrator - Temp 3 months - £13.94 per hour - SW London National Heritage site in Southwest London is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their Security team.
This is a temporary Administrator to start ASAP for an initial 3-month period and will pay £13.94 per hour. This role will be based on site. Working hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday The Administrator will play part of the day-to-day operation of an effective and efficient Security Team operation. This is an office-based role involving administration tasks such as issuing staff passes, keys, logging lost property and answering telephone enquiries, as well as supporting in a busy control room monitoring critical security systems.
The ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role
- Previous experience in a customer focused role and working with the public
- Good communications, interpersonal and organisational skills
- IT proficient, including use of Microsoft Outlook
- Previous experience of working with security systems or in a control room is desirable, but not essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively within immediate team and as part of a wider organisational team
