Part Time Administrator - £12.00 per hour – Ongoing Temp - Peterborough – Office basedGlobal Logistics Company is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their client Events team.
This is a temporary part time role to start ASAP for an initial 6 month period and will pay £12.00 per hour.Working hours 9am to 3.30pm (with 30 mins break,) Monday to Friday.Must have own transport due to locationThe main duties of the Administrator will include:
- Provide administration support to the event team delivering events across the UK & Ireland.
- This is an integral role to support the team with administration support to a key account.
- Maintain effective and collaborative relationship with the team, clients, suppliers, internal colleagues and other stakeholders (internally & externally).
- Work closely with the Event Manager, Operations team and the DHL demo team.
- Manage payments as instructed.
- Manage and keep the Financial trackers updated
- Look after consumable items that support with events and re stock when required
- Take minutes and update actions for the weekly customer meetings
The ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous Administration experience
- Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent client and customer service skills
- IT proficient including MS Office packages
- Strong communication skills
- Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
