Role Overview:
As a Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality administrative support to their Commercial team. This hybrid role demands resilience and a knack for navigating demanding work environments. If you are numerically inclined with some billing/finance administration experience, then we want to hear from you! Reporting to the Head of Practice Services, partners, and fee-earners within the Commercial team, your responsibilities will include:

Generating and distributing prebills to partners and fee earners, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm procedures.
Collaborating with fee earners to ensure proper invoice checking before client issuance.
Utilizing firm software to streamline invoice approval processes and minimize time spent by fee earners.
Liaising effectively with the Finance department to troubleshoot and maintain high communication standards.
Dealing with weekly and monthly billing and invoicing
Generating reports to support the financial hygiene of the Commercial team.

Position Requirements:
You need to be an excellent team player with the drive to take initiative when needed. Organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. While prior experience in a partnership/legal or professional services environment is valuable,

Proficiency in MS Excel is advantageous, but general IT literacy and being numerate is a must.
