Job Description

Based Thornbury, Bristol and working for one of the largest retail organisations in the UK.

Working hours are 37.5 per week Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00 negotiable with an immediate start! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.  

Rate of pay: £13.75 

 
As an engineering administrator you will be:  
  • Completing legal requirements for IMS7 Audit 

  • Stock checks 

  • Updating spread sheets 

  • Data input on the workshop computer system 

  • Entering work Orders and assigning engineering tasks 

  • Filing 

  • Checking work orders 

  • Engineering administration. 

 

What we're looking for: 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background.  

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
